Need a couple ideas. Put on hand guards and now the motor won't turn over. Was wondering if the clutch could have anything to do with it? Had to take off levers and it wouldn't start after I put them back on. The battery is charged, I haven't checked fuses yet but it just seems like somthing is overriding the starter. I mean it won't even turn over. Any ideas? 2008 525, Also anybody got some good generic settings for the shocks, motorcross, GNCC, terrain. I can't dial those things in to save my life. 250 pounds. Thanks

sounds like the clutch override switch to me, wire the two wires together, and but done with it, also in your suspension, get in touch with rocket ron on your shocks.

Pull off & re connect all of the electrics that you moved. You may also have a loose micro switch in the throttle that has been bumped when you did the work.
