Has anyone replaced the thumb throttle with a twist?
What brand?
Can I bypass the red button inside the thumb throttle housing? what's it for?

Put on a honda thumb un plug the wires good to go. Your thumb will love you

Take you carb out and send it to Mark @ Baldwin and have him do the carb mod!! just got mine back and it was the best $35 dollars i spent so far!! Lightened the pull by 50%!!

if you get it to run in gear just by unpluging it let us all know. I'd like to see it myself.

I Bought the twist off the SX bike,it's a push/pull but you can only use one cable and have a spare or drill out the carb. It has a dimple for the location.You will have to get new cables from motion pro that are plus four inches longer though.I couldn't just unplug the throotle switch,it would start but not rev,I had to put a small switch to start it, then switch the circuit closed then it ran normal.
