I just installed a product some of you might like to know about and some of you may already know about. If you have the JD jetting kit you know about the O-ring solution to the weak accelerator pump spring. It works better than I expected, giving the KTM even more instant power. But it also strikes me as a rigged or less than ideal solution, so I came across stronger springs sold by Merge Racing and R & D--the makers of the powerbowl. It was relatively easy to install and it puts even more pressure on the pump than the thick O-ring, although you can still see a little lag if you gun it (about 1 sec. for the spring, 1.5 secs. for the thick O-ring). It only costs 15 bucks and I figure it is better than an O-ring that can slip off or possibly break.
