as the stk muffler is able to be fully disassembled it would be straight forward to remove the sparky guts (two cap screws) add a 2" straight race core and fab a new section into the stk end cap, basically thats what your buying in an HMF...............

I've a spare stainless megaphone core from an ESR trx450r pipe laying around, I wonder if I could make it work in the stock muffler?
