Hey Guys, I have been to two Hare Scrambles and you are suppose to start with you engines off. My problem, Is that it won't start when they throw the flag and by the time it does they are long gone.
I race XC also and i found that it cranks better if you let it idle and dont rev it like everyone else b4 you cut it off. I start mine let it idle and warm up and when its time to cut em off and restart dont give it any gas just let it start on its on then go. it works for me everytime. practice makes perfect. rmember dont rev it and i think it builds up wasted fuel in the cylinder or intake making it hareder to start next time.
Probally to big of pilot making it little too rich also check throttle cable and make sure its not too tight cracking open carb a little when starting mine was too tight causing starting problems. I'm running 48 pilot and 175 main starts when you think about it
Im searching the internet like crazy and can't seen to find any place that sells a case saver (guard) for a 505 sx quad. Ive seen a couple pics on the internet and they look like a little orange billet aluminum triangle. Any help would be much appreciated!
I was riding my bike and then it cut out and wouldn’t tik over from there before this it was riding fine no issues with it it would tik over perfectly now I kick it and it starts then cuts straight back out.
Where I was riding was loads of water so maybe it could be this but I’m not sure as it...
