FYI for those that eliminate the lights and want do away with the light switch cluster on the bars. I just ordered a starter switch from an 08 505SX dirt bike and it plugs directly in to the harness and works perfect. No cutting involved.

Does it revert it to a system like the dirt bikes?? what do you kill it with, the key??? or do you get rid of that too???

I kill it with either the key or the kill switch.

i noticed there are two different bikes, does it matter which one?

The atv hard parts have a start switch to replace the light Custer. If you want to kill the motor with out your key or pulling your kill switch push down on the red button on the tether switch that will kill the motor.

I did this before they got the hard parts one. Just order the hard parts one.

the part number is 63011074000 - Starter Button.
I put one on when I removed the lights, works great.
