I tore my outlaw 525 appart this winter because I did an oil change last summer and noticed it was smoking and just after a few rides I was just about out of a safe amount of oil nothing changed running wise did leek test I then took apon myself to try and do the valve seals did them cam bearings timing chain and noticed the clip from my free wheel was in the bottom end coming out the drain plug most was just powder and where it worked its way through the holes of freewheel it had noticable heat damage just the area the clip was no other gears were badly damaged so I changed that too starts and runs awesome bought hmf too but now there is an awful squack squeel in all rears clutch in or out and it's not just the loud clutch when u give it some gas it screems even louder runs starts idles but that sqeek has to b something?? Can't even think about it anymore without losing my shit driving me nuts. Where should I start?

What oil are you running in it? Clutch squawk/screeching is pretty normal on the 525. Yes, it annoying but it’s normal and is what it is. A good quality heavier fully synthetic oil (10,15 or 20/50) or a fully synthetic Diesel oil (Delvac, Rotella T4) helps to lessen it. I had good luck also with the Polaris PS4 15/50. I have ran all of them. The Synthetic heavy duty Diesel oil seems to be the best imo.

Polaris 5w50 and I've had the occasional squawk and all around there
loud clutch but this is squawking right from idle in neutral I'll post a video if I can
