Hello, can anyone test whether to remove the spring from the rear shock absorber, only the shock absorber, without a spring, can handle the weight of the bike without the rider?

What he said. The main reason for pressure in a nitrogen charged shock is to help prevent cavitation of the oil, not to provide resistance to movement. A shock with a 5/8" diameter shaft charged to 200psi only takes about 60lb to compress it.

Are you getting at that you want to transport it without the spring on the rear shock? You could, just make sure you support the right at the back of the frame. You could Probly even carefully let it bottom out to push it or GENTLY do what you need to do.
By no means at all could you ride it like that tho.
