If i use the spacers and make it wider in the rear without replacing the a-arms in front, would i gain somthing with that or would it just be odd to have it wider in the rear and not in front???

Thank you

You will spend more time on 2 wheels as the front will dive in the corners lifting the inside wheels.
I have tried it. The best option is to keep the quad square (front & rear the same width).
