If you put the 570 top end on the KTM change the carb too. You may have to do a little tuning/jetting because the intakes are different.
I you are mechanically inclined or have a mechanic friend you COULD swap the internals (crank). They will interchange.

The 09 IRS is same as straight axle but 2008 and earlier are like in the pic

Not sure who you think didn't recognize it. The OP's thread title says 525 and then he started talking about a 450 motor. We just wanted to make sure he knew what it was he was going to purchase.

Long story short, Kmack said it right.

The Predator and Outlaw IRS overlapped for one year I think. Then when the Predator died, the Outlaw S was made. When one model is dropped and another one is created for the same market, I call that a replacement and polaris accessories. And the Outlaw is long gone too, just like our KTMs. The only company making a 450 sport quad for the 2016 model year is Yamaha.
