It looks like after much hard work trying to figure out what was wrong I finally have the Gallery feature up & running for all members to use. It turned out to be a simple setting was wrong.
The gallery feature allows you to upload pictures directly to KTMATVHQ.com and display them in album format, etc.
When you have some free time take a few minutes and upload some pictures...
Members:
100MB total gallery space
1MB maximum per upload
Upload upto 3 files at once
5 total albums
Supporting Members:
500MB total gallery pace
2MB maximum per upload
Upload upto 6 files at once
10 total albums
Ability to upload non-default media (2MB max per upload)
Ability to upload .ZIP files containing multiple images
