In the last few weeks I had some time-off Uni, so I've decided to enclose some research. Whenever I look for a new upgrade on my ATV I like to do a research on numerous options. I've managed to create a list of available exhaust slip-on & full system for our KTM ATV. With a bit of luck it will befall as a handy information for some of you. Without further to do, let's move on to the sketch. Please participate in the poll above !! In addition, exhausts are not in any particular order of favourability.
Here is the slip on for the KTM450/525. This slip on features full billet end caps, billet mount and the canister unbolts for easy repacking. We are getting very nice HP increases with this slip on and the fit and construction is as usual from a Dasa product ....... FLAWLESS

COMMENTS:
Trinity's fully equipped R&D department runs rigorous testing programs to develop each new exhaust to bring out the best performance out of your new KTM 525, stock or trick.
Trinity Racing delivers pipes that expand the powerband envelope at all RPM, regardless of the upgrades you have now or plan to get in the future. The more you add, the more the Stage IV performs! Constructed with a stainless steel head and mid section coated with a ceramic finish, and featuring a new tilt down end-cap.
Now you can ride that brand new motocross bike on your favorite trail without the fear of being caught without a spark arrestor, and without the cost of an aftermarket pipe! This endcap is machined from 6061 billet aluminum! We also offer a silent insert to help keep you quiet! The Pro Moto Billet spark arrestor endcap utilizes the stock exhaust pipe. To install the endcap all that you have to do is drill the rivets out of the stock endcap, pull it out, slip in the new Pro Moto Billet endcap, drill rivet holes in the new endcap, and rivet it in place (If you would like to drill and tap it, we will provide the bolts for $0.25 cents a piece. Just ask) This spark arrestor endcap uses a removable, U.S.F.S. approved, screen type spark arrestor. The whole endcap assembly has been U.S.F.S. approved, and is engraved accordingly. All hardware is provided, but you will need a drill and a rivet gun.
Unleash the up to 10+ hidden horsepower and torque you've been looking for with our 100% made in the USA exhaust systems. All HVO systems are hancrafted from TIG welded mandrel bent aircraft quality 304 stainless steel, a hardened 6063 aluminum muffler housing, and 6061 aluminum front and rear end-caps that are hard annodized to a military spec. that makes them 800% to 1000% harder than raw aluminum. Includes a removable U.S.F.S. spark arrestor.
Ufff ... All done, sorry but I had to post it in multiple replies - apparently my post were getting to long B) . Remember to complete the poll above !!
the lte duel system looks sexual as usual :2thumbsup: , i didn't know they had made 1 for the ktm yet they don't have it on there website yet either, they system have always looked sweet but do they perform as good as they look??
I spoke to Motoworks, unfortunately it is true the slip on will not fit the new full system header and the full system is to come out in a few weeks. I'm pretty happy with the slip on but kinda bummed I can't get the new header to fit.
And FYI White Brothers is longer in business, they were bought out by Vance and Hines. Which is too bad because I have used their E-series and E2 series and were happy with them
See if they would cut you a deal if you send them back the slip-on that you have and buy the full system. It would be bullshit if they didn't. They would be just about the only company that the slip on doesn't fit their own full system head pipe. JMO but more than likely they would work with you on it.
yea, motoworks said about 2 weeks when i talked to them last week, im happy i called, ill wait so i dont get ephed.
still would like to get a review from someone with the trinity, ceramic coated normally means more power cooler temps outside... kinda curious the gains.
I will be getting my LRD Pro 4 Race tomorrow, I will post a pic up after the weekend if I can make the race Fri.

$349.95
4.9lbs
Eliminate that nasty stock bog off the bottom end and gain even more acceleration on the top-end with the LRD Pro 4 RACE slip-on exhaust. Coated aluminum canister, billet endcaps and stainless midpipe along with the larger internal core.
RECOMENDED JETTING: 42 pilot , 175 main, clip on 4th position Jetting I ended up with: 45 pilot, 180 main 4th clip, 2 turns
My Opinion: Definately waked up bottom and mid. Good feel and more dependable on clearing those jumps when getting lazy. Cleared up poor idling condition. No longer sounds like a slightly beefed up generator
I like the price and the reviews of the HMF but they are really clamping down on sound in the Oregon Dunes. Is it really only 96db? (2 over the stock can according to this post) If so im sold. If not does the quiet core defeat the purpose of even getting an aftermarket pipe? (since the stock one is suposed to be better than most stock pipes)
motoworks said the full system for the xc should be dropping in a week. they said they would e-mail me dyno charts at that time... hopefully they hold true, cause a lil over a month ago, they said 2 weeks... lol
The HMF "Sport" is around 100 Decibels on a Polaris Outlaw 525, so if its the Sport system, then its gonna be loud. The quiet cores does get it down to 96 Dbs! I bought a HMF QRS, which is WAY quieter, but maybe they don't make them for the KTM's?

I think ive seen people on here that have it but its not on their site and I cant find one anywhere. 96db should work. Most of the Oregon dunes have a 93 limit but I think as long as they know you are trying (ie quiet core) they leave you alone. Ive been running down there with a Dr D on my YFZ and no ones even looked at me twice. Not that it couldnt happen... Sandlakes is alot more strict on enforcement but their limit is 96.
Thanks
PS got a killer deal on the HMF through Race Mart, an ebay store.
talked to motoworks, they said i could have a full xc system shipped to me on monday of this week that just past, so its available, just no listing anywhere, and would have to go direct just in case anyone was wondering.
