Here is the bike bone stock compared to rejetted, baffle out of pipe, rubber boot out of air box, and holes cut in side of box.

This graph shows the best run with the "power map" cdi mod, and the "stock map".
As you can see we now refer to it as the no power map.
We did do some ride tests with and without and no one could tell any difference.

450R (Green lines 2005 model)
YFZ450 (Purple lines 2006 model)
700R (Blue Lines 2007 SE)
KTM 525 (Orange Lines 2008 Model)

2007 700R with lid off and baffle out
2008 KTM525 XC baffle out, holes in box, re jetted

Nice seeing the 525 giving the 700 a hard time

The KTM is wayyy lighter than the 700 so it gives better handling etc

I noted HMF said they removed the carb side screen that was restrictive also...Wonder what removing the TPS would give on the dyno also?...

anti backfire mesh at the filter element, just like all the other stock setup out there.........

twin air make a new setup supposed to be worth 1 - 1.5 hp accrding to the 2 wheelers...........

Yeah got that from Mike at HMF...Never even heard of you all before, but YOU rock! Thank you for the dynoing...I was also wondering what a 41mm Carb would do to the stock setup? and then with the new K&N Filter KT-5201 (Outerwears just made me a Prefilter for it also)

Kinda funny that the 41mm was installed on the KTM SX series as they were also cammed with an 8/06 cam for off the showroom floor racing...
I have a spare 41mm but I am not in the states to ship it to you...Green Line is Full System HMF

Are you 100% certain that these will work with the quad? I would hate to buy a $120 filter system and discover it is incompatible.

Check with your dealer, quick part number cross over will tell you, our dealer has been supplying us with stock dirt bike filters for use in their dealer team atv, seems to fit / work.
