K&N made more power on the dyno, but I still like foam

foam. k&N ,akes more power but more dirt gets in, and the power difference isnt enough to be worth it

I quit runnin K&N long time ago when I blew up my z400. When I tore it down there was sand on top of the piston. K&N flows better than any filter, but everything alson flows through it.

I never ran K&N again after I ran my finger around the inside of the carb after one ride on a bike I had a couple years ago. Let's just say I had to wash my hand and I was a little upset to because it was a 2stroke and just had a new topend installed a couple hours before that.

I will stick with the foam. I appreciate all of the input.
