i would love to put this to the test. but my head is some 1800 miles away being ported, so someone else is going to have to step up and test it.
Be interesting...my bike is still being made so I can't try it...yet...

No spark when discounted or if you turn up the idle to high you will loose spark.
Looking in to having the CDI reprogrammed.to eliminate the throttle over ride & the TPS
hmm, dont now what to think now...

Try putting a switch on it,if it's like the thumb throttle wires when you turn the ignition on, the circuit has to be open(throttle not stuck open)before it'll allow spark. When it's started the circuit has to be closed before it'll allow revs,The tps can be hooked up to the switch the same way.
Just wondering what the deal is with the TPS and the Micro switch? can they be bypassed?
Is there really any need for either of them?
I see that McGill n Kiser are running honda 450 throttles so there must me somthing that can be done

I am using one thince 2 weeks without trouble ...
2 weeks is a really long period to give you an opinion on reliability :D :D :D :D

I am also using a Rox Speed fx control Panel.
I have put the switch on the control panel ... in this case no plastic modification ...

Switch cable is not very long ... but "Yes we can" .... put it on the control panel :D

Let me know if you want a pix to have a better idea on this switch

I have put the swith on my Rox Speed fx control Panel (the red one)
Cable come from Motion Pro is a little bit short … but easy to give more longer to this cable (it is a simple 2 wires cables ….)

As already explained turn your ignition key ... push the Motion Pro and start ....
Until you don't turn off your ignation you can (re)start without this button

If somebody have some news on newest CDI ... let me know :D
If somebody know how to by pass the stupid "engaged clutch for starting" ... let me know also :D :D :D

Excuse my approximate english ....

We are working hard on a fix for the CDI TPS issues and will have something out int he near future weather its a new ignition or not we are not sure at this point. We are trying to run aftermarket carbs with no TPS, but have stumbled upon things in doing so.
Let us inform as soon as you have a solution.
I could be your first french customer :D :D :D
