I asked my buddy to chime in. I think he went with a Houser combo foot rest/ heel guard setup. Not sure if it’s still available. There is a combo nerf bar with pegs on eBay but it’s pricey but looks nice and very stout.

Other than that, I would check eBay for part outs. Or see if you can weld it cleanly if possible so that it’s safe. Looks like the stock pegs are no longer available to order. You could also get the part number and contact your local KTM shop and see if there are any other KTM dealers that may have one in stock.

Those are not original pegs and nerfs. I would recommend some rath nerf bars or some oem stock original pegs and Nerf bars from ebay.

Had that happen to a Rath mount too. Full disclosure I previously hit a rock, bent and cracked it, and rewelded it myself. Got a little too western and sent it about 140' at the sand dunes and re-broke it on the landing. Lucky it didn't break my leg when the wheel ran me over!

If you find some OEM pegs try to get 2009 or newer ones. The 2008 ones were susceptible to cracking at the first tooth by the mount. One dab of weld to fill in the tooth cut fixes it though. 2009 didn't start the tooth serrations as close to the mount.
