I just attempted to mount the KTM Hardparts full chasis skidplate on my SX....but it didnt work. At the rear of the plate it has tabs that slip around the frame rail behind the engine (just like the stock plastic one) but the tab that goes between the frame rail and the engine cases is thicker than it is on the stock plastic one, so it doesnt fit. It just barely hits on the cases. I think I'll just cut off that tab since its not really necessary. Just wanted to give everyone a heads up.

Found that out the hard way on mine too. It hit the engine cases hard, didn't see anything good coming from beating it on. Sent it back since the oil drain holes are for the XC model too. I'm holding out for a Tag plastic skid.

I agree, the Tag Railer skidplate is the nicest out of any i have seen personally

Not a big fan of the Tag. I had it on my LTR and with in 4 times using it, it was wore out and junk. It was nice while it lasted, but it didnt last long. I only ride on the track also, so this didnt see abnormal abuse.
