No jetting here boys. just some baselines. The only jets we bought were bigger and this perticular bike needed to be jetted down at the 3000ft. of elevation we are at. Anyways first run was bone stock. Higher run was with snorkel off, cap off the exhaust and wire pulled. You be the judge. Im very happy with the power. Most powerful stock bike ever on my dyno. Im be doing a step by step dyno on this bike with each mod. Enjoy.

Driver311 posted specs from my bike, Driver and I have worked on lots of projects, Bone stock, 47hp and 37 ft lbs with dyno tires, last night I jetted it down from a 170 to a 165, added some holes to the air box, removed the back fire screen in the stock filter, finished modding the stock end cap, and removed the sparky from the can, I hope to have it on the Driver311 dyno again within a week

I'm running 185MJ and I know I am rich...at 1100 to 2500 ft also...what fuel are you running? They backfire so much I am afraid of a lean condition...I am going to 175mj when I get home...wished you had the K&N KN-5201 Air Filter to put on it to see if that would lean it out some? 39mm Carb must be too small for it...it needs a 41mm minimum from everything I see...and that is looking small also
I am running a 200MJ in my LTZ470 with a 40mm CRF450R Carb...
Thanks for the dyno graph...good eye candy

Can't wait for my build to come together "Schools Out on most of the YFZ's and LT-R's" my 470 put a lot of them to bench racing at Olds, but I think this 570 KTM is going to be a handful if I can ride it half way right...

OK we (Driver 311 and I) ran the bike on the dyno again last night, what a difference jetting can make, the bike made almost 49hp and 39 foot lbs of torque, dyno'd as I would ride it, I ended up with a 160 main jet, we did try smaller jets but it made more power a tad rich, I pulled off and mod'd the head pipe today to try and cure the exhaust leak, if the mod works I'll let you know how I fixed it..

OK gents, I did some work on the carb, I measured it stock at 38.8mm, I then hand blended and ovalized the throat and body, I did this as I think I should be able to go larger then just boring, it is now 40mm wide and 40.5mm tall, so Driver and I had it back on the dyno last night along with 3 other quads, everyone but me lost power from the last time on the dyno, seems the other bikes were down about 1.5hp due to the heat (90 plus) I made 49.1hp and 38.8ft pounds, no jetting changes and in fact it improved the top end making the A/F curve str8... I'm going to pull it again and go bigger all by hand.... i'll shoot for 41mm wide and 42mm tall.. on a good day the bike should be over 50hp as is, I'll keep going up slow until I hit the point no more power can be had with the stock bike, I have a custom CP piston (99mm 12 to 1) ordered, wish I would have known Bronson wanted one I could have ordered two... I have a spare cylinder and a head that will be ported and installed later
