Ive had this issue w/ several sets of ELKA shocks. Ive found that I need to tell then that I weight 50lbs more than I do for them to work. Im sure you need springs.

excessive sag, and bottoming easy, nose dive are all clear signs the springs are miles to light......................

whilst not 'right" either, try the ohlins springs on the elka's..........

Surely if these were bought new from elka they should be sorting this out. If i had bought a brand new set of shocks and they acted like this i would be packing them back up and sending them straight back.

at the minimum they should be respringing and re-valving these to get them "right" cause clearly they are crap "as is"

that been said I have never seen a decent set of elka's yet and everyone I know who has bought them has been disappointed....... valving way off, springing way off, crap service in general, sent back two or even three times to get them in the right ball park.......

With PEP, AXIS, Racetech/tcs, Exit and other specialists they really stand behind their products big time and make sure they are "right" I've had shocks with all these and they have been great, the one Elka I personally had i sold on in the end cause it just wasn't right........ the axis I replaced it with was a dream in comparison !!!!!!

Suggest you get on the phone and go up the tree so to speak as high as possible and spell it out that these are waywrong and they need to fix em......
