Walt just cut your old arm and re weld it at a 90 degrees it work fine we did one at way

fastway is the new elka dampener, you can order the mount kit through them. i believe it is about $90, or you can order just the arm too.

yes i did found an old one
but that elka syst 3 is for sale now...still in the refurbish/refresh shop
but available 200$ get it
