So my first day out at Little Sahara my clutch went really spongy on me....wouldn't engage really well and it felt like there was little to no pressure in the lines. I go back to the camp and remove the resovior cover to find it's pretty much empty. It looked like it leaked really bad from the plunger boot right at the base of the clutch lever. All that to ask if anyone else is having more than usual leakage from their clutch or do I have myself a little problem here?? Thanks! I had a freakin blast tho once I filled her back up!!

the pic is even after i cleaned it up a bit too!

I read one other post on this issue. His did the same thing during a race, he got a rebuild kit and put new seals in it and it was all good. You can probably take it back to your dealership and they should fix it under the KTM warranty if it is under 30 days.

So i got a rebuild kit and the thing didn't fit!! the diameter was slightly smaller than the stock one which obviously won't allow any seal at all....the fluid just drains right back out. they assumed that they were all the same, but come to find out when i took it it back there is two different sizes. the quad takes the larger diameter one so i'm tryin to make everyone out there aware. but hopefully your dealer is more compitent than mine and won't make that mistake!!
