Actually the technical term is a hyrographic...you can review the process at www.k2concepts.net

As far as durability? The clear I use dries to a solid "D" on the pencil hardness test...powder coating dries to between a "C" and a "D"...so it's actually harder than powder coating...I have pieces on my bike that are over 2 years old and still looking great...

Prices are based on the size of the part and the difficulty...we have a minimum of $20 per part...
