I haven't heard too much good about the Hot Cams for these engines. Supposedly they are soft on the bottom and then takeoff in the upper-mid and top end, but not any more than some of the better cams. Gives the feeling of a strong hit, but only because it is soft on the bottom to begin with.

I'd try any other better options anyone would donate or sell me cheap trying to do this as cheap as possible and it still be good not junky but anyway anyone have a cam I'd go used also if it's good shape just wanna build him something dependable that won't get out ran by a warrior lol

Just saw a 525 Hotcams stage 1 on ebay for $75 yesterday.
