Does anyone know if the sx axle will fit on the xc?

I don't know what the reason was but we sent one to the local workshop and they said it didn't fit???

FYI, the SX axle has bigger tolerances than the XC due to extended width and increased durability for motocross.

It fits but it needs new o-rings or something...

I know the axle is wider, but the carrier, hubs and axle nut are all the same. I would think it would work with it using the same parts as the xc. I just don't want to fork over $300 and it not.

if you're stock xc axle is straight and you want to sell it let me know. I am looking for one.

I just pull the RPM axle that we used in the 08 XC in the 09 SX it fits just fine.
Some it the sprocket hub is a tight fit in to the seal it a bitch to get it in.

It will work but you need also the circlip from the sx axle.(both sides)
