I just bought a 807 cam and have decided to change to that...

Got a steal of a deal 0 from Chip Munn @ Munn Racing!

I will have the head back from Mike next week and get this thing all back together.
Good luck with the build Bronson...good things never come easy...hope to see it run at Kermit...I'll try and get mine together before then and break it in (a little anyway
)...We're doing a custom grind on an 807 for mine at Web Cams...we'll see how they work...I really don't want to loose all my low end as that is one of the things I like about the BB's...

ha, if it doesnt go to kermit, i am not going to kermit...

i am expecting to have all my parts back by this coming friday and put back together and running by the end of the weekend. my ultimate goal is to have it back on the dyno a week from this coming wednesday and possibly take it up to red river for a half day ride that following saturday.

if that all pans out as planned then my quad will be ready for kermit and i will begin to work on all of the details of the trip.

as long as you have everything your motor could be easily torn apart and put back togther and running in as little as 2 hours. i am like a rfs pro now that i have torn mine apart twice. heck mike called me at 8:30pm thursday night and told me to send him my head on friday. i shit you not i had the head off, ready to be boxed up and was inside in the shower by 9pm...

if you need any help doing your motor i will be glad to come up and help.

All the parts should be there by June 9-10...If you would be so kind as to go ahead without me and put the kit in...take it to Red River and break it in...I would be grateful...Just don't forget which Quad is mine when you finish breaking them in...the FASTEST one...
...I'll be in on June the 12 to admire your work

Thanks for all your help Bronson...I know where you are coming from...I am very proficient on my LTZ470 after a couple of builds...one of them I had to go and pull 3rd gear out splitting the cases...I did it all night without stopping...started first bump and never looked back...
I got Travis installing the piston in the jug with the Total Seal Rings...all's I'll have to do is pin it...the cam chain I have two extra links coming and I have a Motion Pro Chain Link Kit...Should go fairly well maybe 3-4 hrs? May be in trouble on the Carb? But I'll run the 41mm if I have to...

The 807 is a rather large cam, I have the specs for the 55/21, 806, hot cams 3015, 833 and 807 the 807 is the wildest grind
