I need tires anyway and also want to widen the rear 3-4 inches. Rather than buy spacers I could put that money towards some 10 inch diameter rims and improve the clearance around the suspension. Mine has rock damage inside the rims from stones getting caught in there. Then of course buy 10 inch tires to fit.
So who makes 10 inch diameter rims with a 3.5 to 4 inch inside offset or backspace. I'm guessing either 9 inch or 10 inch wide rim whichever is more common. Does anything else use something like that so I can buy used rims?
For tires a 20-10-10? The shorter sidewall and wider stance should help cornering. Or,.. a 22-10-10 with a taller front tire??
