    Magura rear break caliper isolator

Changed the brake pads and brake disc. After checking the parts, I've noticed an isolator(nr. 10 on the pic). It wasn't there before I changed and brakes worked pretty decently.
Can someone explain what is this for and whether I should get it?

It is to help reduce head transfer into the caliper from the pad. If you're not really hard on brakes I wouldn't worry about it.
