Yes it's talon who do them. No info in their website... I'd need to phone them. I could do an order and get them shipped out to whoever needs them.

Will they do the 36t machined out to fit over the hub instead of having to remove the axle? I'd asked them b4 but said it wasn't possible at the time..

Just a little update, was out braaaaping the quad tonight, and what a difference
    this gearing change have done!!!
No more hysterical revs, only downside is the reverse is a bit high....
Havent seen the difference with the GPS, but it is significent.

I did the primary gear swap as well, what a difference! I am running the stock sprockets and tires and 5th gear will certainly be more than enough most people. Those of you with the big bore bikes will love the ratio spread. I have a relatively stock 525 and it pulls the gearing no problem was a very easy mod to install and not that expensive as mods go.

Shifty722 - How does this swap affect first gear ratio, can you tell a big difference when lugging aroung in first gear? I am thinking about doing this swap but I don't want to have to abuse my clutch in the rocky technical sections that I ride in. Most the time I can get away with lugging around in 2nd gear but there are the times that is a little to much.

There is a difference in first gir, as well as all gears.
Havent calculated how much, but def noticable.
I dont ride gnarly stuff, this XC is a motard asphalt joyride.
    I also have 16-37 gearing....

    Sorry for the delayed reply.

First gear is taller but if will still pull down low no problem. We have been out a couple of times now and the best way I can put it is.

Instead of riding around in third and fourth gear all the time, now you are riding in second and third more, fouth gear is movin you along pretty good and fifth gear will probably not leave you wishing you had a six speed. I used to hit sixth gear all the time, now I rarely go into sixth gear.

My engine is mostly stock (510cc) and the one thing I do notice is the tendency to be a gear high and pulling the rpm down easier. It isn't ride altering but it is noticeable. If you have a big bore high compression engine, I doubt it would be as noticeable, otherwise it feels like the flywheel was lightend.

The engine also has more...coast if you will, when you chop the throttle the quad doesnt stop, it rolls, more like the dirtbike, which I like.

I do not know if this is related or not, but the racket from the engines right side case is gone, totally quiet and smooth, no more clutch squeel either, cant say this was the fix, but it is gone.

This should be the parts needed, just replacing the freewheel hub of the e-start, and re-using
the e-start clutch/ freewheel of the quad.
So this is all the parts needed for the swap?
    Just an easy swap?
