the quad i dirty, the photos are medium quality(i say)but i hope it will help you figure out what i did
like i said,i did it and it is not a professional job,but it holds just fine
the thing is i was not willing to sit around the quad until i sent it to US to make professional aluminium brackets(in EU i didn't find no one who could help me..................so this was my solution)

thanks very much for the photos, it looks like on the bottom of the radiator; you used the single mount for the inner edge of each fan, do you not have anything on the outer? on the top you put some sort of plastic piece clamping the top of the fans to the radiator?

down-the one mount is enough, because the top one does all the work
top-yes,it is a clamp that is mounted on the stock mount on the radiator and it holds down the 2 fans with bolts(on their stock mounts)

so all you have to do:is a little bit o trimming,a little bit of cutting/bending and a little bit of measurement
my advice is to make a model of paper and see how it fits, after go to the actual work
and i think you can use any sort of material to make the bracket, even metal(only thing be sure that it will not rust in time................paint it or something)

    good luck!
