    Wow! Great numbers!

Any consideration of a higher rev limiter or is it dropping fast at that point?

proboboly not a good idea to raise the rev limit with that long of a stroke motor, + its a rocker arm motor, those r very impressive numbers!! especially running on pump!!

The rfs cranks don't like like high rpms they spred and the mains go out . It peeks @ 8250 and is still making 66 hp @9750 plenty of over rev . It revs like a 450 , not tractor like at all . From past experiments theres several hp to be gained in the intake and maybe a few left in the exhaust . the stock exhaust only allowed 62 hp peek , I called kevin (homedaddy) to give him a up date on our progress , he offered his exhaustnso we bolted it on and gained 12 hp .

homedaddy, who built your exhaust. I'm sure there are a few people who have some big builds that would benefit from a better exhaust like you got.

put a 48 hsr carb on it, with a new intake you will gain quite a bit more power. that bored fcr isnt enought carb for a 660 cc machine. We run 48 hsr's on our 550cc yfz motors and they put out over 75hp. you should be in 80 range i would think if it revs like a 450 like you said.... What size head pipe or whats the first step on the head pipe.?

FCI I have a hsr 45&48 that i ran on other quads , bit it kills your thumb on dunners . They work great on drag bikes and if you put a lite spring in them the slide bounces . this is a all day rider on pump gas so i stuck with the stock carb bored . On th rfs engine to take advantage of a big carb you'll have to cut off the intake spicket and weld a bigger one on . I wasn't trying to build a drag/high rpm bike just something with the characteristics of a stock quad just more alot more !!

kiwi , I'll try to post a pic . I don't know how but I might get my son to for me .

Tony, what size valves are you running? you should be able to pick up a few more hp if you can flow more air. I have 32mm exhust and 38mm intake made for our big builds

We have the 662cc engines in our 700 class Hillclimb bikes with nitrous oxide injection and over 120hp, they are very reliable. We will have the 680cc engines for the 2013 season. The factory 43mm FCR works best on these engines.Team Peterson
