    Anyone in or near Portland, OR willing to help a newb with a Honda throttle swap?

    I've got a garage and basic tools, but I'm not smart enough to understand what I need to buy and how to install it. I hate the factory thumb throttle on my 08 525xc. Everything I've read says I should modify the "spring" and swap the KTM throttle for a 2006+ Honda TRX450 one. There's beer involved...

    Give me a call, I live in Woodland,WA. I just got done doing the "Kiwi" spring mod to my son's 450SX, and fit an 06 TRX 450 throttle to one of my sponsored riders 505SX. My son swears the the KIWI mod is better! I only accept Bud Light... haha

    throttle swap is very easy. the only "tricky" part is swapping the plugs for the tps connection. other than that...easy breezy!!!
