    Will a exhaust off of a 525xc fit a 450sx

    it actually might depnding on what exhaust it is. for example a stock xc and sx exhaust are directly interchangable. i have a stock sx can on my xc header - bolted straight on with no modding. so a slip on will fit either model. the head pipes however are totally different.
    505sx, 43.5 carb, hmf full system, Crower victory cam, DB CDI, Manual Tensioner, Hiflo waterpump, kiwi mod carb spring, ranchero mods for ap & adj leak jet, PEP PB1 all round on xc swinger (lower) & Walsh arms, Axcalibre Axle, Precision Pro damper, Flexxbars, honda throttle, custom relocated battery box, FourWerx hump seat, Quadtech hood525xc, 41 Carb, SX pipe, Hiflo waterpump, kiwi mod carb spring, ranchero mods for ap & leak jet, Rocket Ron Racing WP's on jb arms, Softbars.
