longevity of a falicon balanced prox rod?????

hey everyone i have a 505 sx engine that now has 110 hours on it.I rebuilt the crank and rod with a pro x unit at 40 hours with falicons work done to it. The bike still runs great and the rod feels tight on the pin. i have it all apart to replace piston and valves but i feel the crank and rod bearings are ok??? i did kiwi craigs suggestions at 40 hours and doubled crank end play to .60mm and upped the oil pressure witht the shim. Very strict oil changes were always done and i dont reallt know if i should gamble on it or not? i know these motors very well so i think im gunna run it!! at 39 hours the rod started knocking so i know what that sounds like at least! Any suggestions from you guys that have 100 plus hour motors? thanks for looking!!!

I have about 50 hrs on my pro x rod, and it wasn't balanced. I have the head and cylinder off at the minute but have yet to inspect the bottom end. Ill keep you informed.

I started seeing small copper colored shavings in the oil screen, about 6 hrs before my rod started knocking. Those shavings ended up being parts of the big end bearing cage.So... if you haven't seen any shavings in the screen,I say run that shiet!!!!
