had a chance to run a few different systems this weekend doing a little testing...the full system from Bill made a big difference throughout the entire powerband! I've tried a few headers and several silencers and this thing made a substantial difference everywhere. Fitment was very nice too, no bending, prying, grinding nothing! Thanks bill

I know it's at 99 with the short muffler the longer muffler is a lot quieter.
But I have no way to check it.

I will have to get to gather with you. But the only muffler is at KTM North Being tested by Adam & Shane Hitt.
Then I get back from Loretta Lynn's I will build a muffler to test the sound.
    Thanks Bob

ive got a bigger head pipe now the quality and fit and finish arent the greatest, but it works. mine with tom's cam is
68hp 48tq but its lacking bottom end. tony's 600 with a 8/07 makes close to 50 ft lbs tq at 3600 mine makes 32 at the same rpm mine doest make great tq till 5k

i tore mine down to get the cylinder oringed because the copper head gasket leaks under high rpm riding
tony is having the same problem. once its up and running im going with a new cam a that i turned tony on to and a 809 from eric at omw racing so will see
