Had it on my Raptor, think Bill only charges 60-80 bucks........ Best part of it is, when you are done riding and you take your hose out and the dirt slides right off and your pipe looks brand new. I also liked how much cooler the exhaust pipe was since there was no header shield on the aftermarket pipe, this way I never had to worry about my pants melting to it!!! So whatever he charges (originally in the post where he was talking and teasing us about building them) it is certainly worth it from many different standpoints.

    -Better Flow
-Cleans up easier and looks nicer when clean
    -Stays WAY cooler

Just make sure your bike is jetted right. My Raptor was not jetted correctly when I got it and the head pipe would glow bright red because of it. I wondered how the previous owner chipped the ceramic coating off the header, and it was because it got so hot because of incorrect jetting that it couldn't withstand the heat so it chipped off!! Also, Ceramic coating makes the exhaust parts harder to put together and a HELL of a lot harder to take apart, so be ready for that as well. I like to sand down the joints with some 400 grit before I put them together when ceramic coating for a better fit. Not all the way through, just hit them quick to smooth them out and thin it down.

nice post!! i was debating on whether or not to get the ceramic coating done to mine when i get it. obviously it is a no brainer, i hate when u go out threw some realy muddy or clay areas and it basicaly glues itself to the pipe.

Had my first race back since i broke my collar bone and I Pulled 3 out of 4 holeshots with bills pipe (open B, 4-stroke B ). This pipe is awesome, the power never signs off all the way to the rev limiter (only had to shift once and it pulled 3rd gear all the way down the hole shot). I'd also like to thank bill for helping me out with my brakes this weekend.

Finally got to ride my 505 yesterday after my rebuild. Mine first time rebuild a motor and thanks to this website, manual, and time it was a sucess. Put webb cams in it, 43.5mm carb, cp 13.5 piston, manual cam chain tensior, and of course KTMBill's exhaust.

Well with all those changes I figured I'd be doing alot of jetting and adjusting to get it running right. Well God must love me because it started on the first time, ran great all day, and has a crap load more power then it has ever had. Actually had a hard time holding on and wasn't really even getting on it at all. May do with being old and out of shape but I'm going to say it's the power to make me feel good. LOL...

Anyways thanks Chad for making such and great exhaust. Had several compliments on it at the track.

Now if my dang front fender that's been on back order since december will come in.

Is anybody running the ktm bill sx pipe with pro armor nerf bars. the bike i just got has the right side bracket cut off because it hit the muffler so it wouldn't install. any input? did he do something wrong or does it not fit? does that brace really even do anything structure wise for the nerf bar?

Really well. Got 25-30 hours on it. still fine tuning on carb. just upped the front sprocket to 15 tooth. liking the top end a lot more. pipe is great. fits great. sounds great. no complaints.

I am running a Gen4 KTM Bill full ceramic exhaust with ProArmor nerfs. Bill put it all on for me so he knows the proper way to make it all go together. Shoot him a line and ask him what he did to make it fit together correctly.
