    KTM Bill exhaust, Megabomb, and more XC parts

    KTM Bill XC exhaust. This is his standard XC system for lengths and sizes and also has a bung for a wideband air/fuel meter welded in. I have only ran this pipe for 3 hours which was mostly tuning. $500

    FMF Megabomb header. Has one small dent and could use a good cleaning. $250

    KTM start button. $20

    KTM hand guards. Have been cut to fit. $15 by themselves or free if you buy something big enough so I can throw them in the box.

    Quad Tech hood - black. $70

    MSR elephant ears. $20

    Bling Star X Country bumper. Will only sell/trade if I get another black bumper that's lower (not stock). This one obstructs the headlight too much for my tastes.

    I think it's around 97db. I know Bill's shorty can is about 99db and this one is the standard long one.

    I'd be interested in the KTM hard parts bumper, not the bone stock one that's 6 inches wide. haha Did you paint or powdercoat the center?

    Its powdercoated wrinkle black outer and orange in the center let see if we can deal Ive been trying to get a x country bumper from blingstar but I placed a order and they said that it would be like 4 month before they would make anymore so I canceled the order.

    Change of plans. The KTM was going to be converted into a trail rider/occasional racer. One big reason why I wanted to get rid of the KTM Bill exhaust is because of no spark arrestor and it's on the loud side for trails. Now I've got a motor transplant coming along and that will be my trail rider so I'm keeping the Bill exhaust. Updated list:

    FMF titanium slip on with Megabomb header. Has one small dent in header and could use a good cleaning. $400

    KTM hand guards. Have been cut to fit. $15 by themselves or free if you buy something big enough so I can throw them in the box.

    MSR elephant ears. $20

    Bling Star X Country bumper. Will only sell/trade if I get another black bumper that's lower (not stock). This one obstructs the headlight too much for my tastes - PENDING TRADE

    was wondering why you where looking to move what is probably the best KTM exhaust out there.............

    Would be pretty easy to fab / use a sparky mesh end out of something else

    and the transplant is a ktm 690 going into ??

    The mesh would be pretty easy, but they are so "strict" (or stupid) that it has to have the sticker that says it's USFS spark arrestor approved. I've gotten checked several times.

    Yup, slapping a 690 into a 2007 Outlaw IRS chassis.

    Also have an FCI intake available. I used it for 20 minutes and it doesn't have an Outerwear. The transition ring is also bored for a 41mm carb (by me). $200 Would possibly be interested in a partial trade for an SX intake with the stiffener.IMG_7818_5_1.JPGIMG_7759_4_1.JPG

    Yes, finally got my shock today. Thanks.

    Got into a situation now that I need to sell one of my full systems. Things keep coming up. Either the FMF titanium system has to go or the KTM Bill system. To try and move either one, I'll throw in the FCI intake for another $100. Just a note, I will NOT sell the FCI by itself for $100.
