    Mid South ATV A+30 START(Hurricane Mills,TN)

    Heres the start of the first race I ever had on the KTM. Crappy start, somehow I managed to knock the quad into neutral @ the start. Sorry for the poor picture quality.

    Yea, there were ten riders in my class. Needless to say, when the video ended with the traffic jam. My day got real crappy! lol

    Thanks. How long are the races? I've always wanted to try a hare scramble. We do a lot of trail riding, but I've never raced.

    They tend to run anywhere from 1.5 hour-2 hours.

    That KTM fuel tank is large enough. I haven't stopped yet.lol Actually, I still have over a 1/4 tank of fuel left from the last race. I guess its gonna depend on your mods and your jetting. I run a stock engine, KTM 450SX internals as my exhaust, SX intake, UNI filter, 162 main with a 45 pilot.

    I picked up a 525xc. It has a pipe and has been jetted. That was all done when I got it. Love the bike, and now looking locally for a few hare scrambles. Thanks!

    don't let Timmy fool you, he is pretty quick. But if he found a thread that said eating a banana while hopping on 1 foot and singing Van Halen's "hot for teacher" made you faster...............then he would do it!!! His famous last words ' "I saw a thread that said........................"!!!!

    Thats funny. I can't argue with any of that except the part about being fast. Old and slow would be a better choice of words.
