I have some rim questions, need some help.

I bought a 525, and was hoping to re-use the rims and tires off my honda so I wouldnt have to buy new rims.

First problem I've come across is the front rims are a different bolt pattern, so looks like I'm defintly buying new front rims...

second problem I came across is, the back wheels bolt up, but that the studs are smaller then my honda. I'm not sure how much smaller, but they are. Does anyone know if they make a bushing that I could put into the rim to take up the slop for the rear rims? I'd hate to have to spend 450 $ on 4 new rims..

    anyone have any ideas..

A DWT champion in a box wheel kit from kb motorsports (10x5 front rim and 9x8 beadlock rear rim) is about $385.

are you running dwts? if so use the ktm bolts and it should work fine. if you are using hipers i had the same problem and just went with it and it held all season.

I'll measure, but I think its 3 + 2. When I had the wheels off thats what it looked like.

Anyone have a front rim suggestion? We ride in pa mountains a lot. A lot of rocks. I'm worried the stock fronts will not stand up to the abuse we ride in. The hipers are just out of my price range. I was looking at the ITP's baja wheel, or the douglas Rok and lock front wheels. Who has what?
