Where did yuo get the engine from? My Brother in-law put a cr500 in a lt250r frame 15 yrs ago ,we saw it for sale near you not long ago. When you rode that quad, it vibrated so bad you couldnt feel your arms or feet when you were riding. It sounds like you are doing it the right way though, good luck! Out of curiousity what happened to your sx engine?

i got the engine in july from a friend of a friend,it was out of a dirt bike and blown up, my sx engine is good still but ihad to rebuild the top end before and it cost over 3000 which is what made me want to convert to a 2 stroke

Got the custom decals put on today, bike is still in the shop having custom exhaust and kick start fabbed,picking it up on the 28th and should have it running soon after that

Black of course I was thinking red before but I'm not sure it would work
